update_excuses should show succeeding tests, if test for other archs fail with a different version

Bug Description

usually for failing autopkg tests you see one line with the results for every architecture, unless the test succeeds on all architectures.

when the test is run with different version, and the tests all succeed for one version, these tests are not shown anymore.

It would be more obvious to show these results as hint, that the tests for other archs should be retried with this version. Hiding the information of the successful tests doesn't help in diagnosing the problem.

Agreed I think, it is helpful to be able to compare across different versions if one of them passes and another fails.

I would love a contribution to implement this (better upstream @ Debian, but I can help to forward it if necessary). Otherwise will try to get to it at some point.
