Thanks. We've just got 'neutral' mapped to 'pass' at the minute, but
that's not good enough as we see here. Anyone should feel free to fix
this. If we rebase britney with Debian we'll get that for free, but I
don't see anyone doing that soon. Maybe those bits are easily
backportable.
