Bug Description
Some packages are not in Depends as they are either seeded or not required for the complete operation of a package. Notwithstanding some of these non core dependencies are added to debian/
However, when those dependencies change there is no way to trigger "reverse dependency" adt tests for these which is a potential for unknown regressions.
