Brewday Instruction Changes Not Printing.

Bug Description
Custom changes made to brewday instructions do not show when printed. If I generate instructions, then type changes in to them the print out and print preview still shows the text of the originally generated instructions. Also, when adding or taking out steps the step numbers do not change correctly; for example I'll end up with two "step 4's" and no step 5. But, overall I love the program! Thanks for the work you do.

Forgot to mention that I get this problem on both Linux cinnamon and windows 8.1 with brewtarget 2.1.0
