What version of Ubuntu?

Is libqt4-svg installed, and if not, is the problem resolved after you install it (sudo apt-get install libqt4-svg)?

libqt4-svg is picked up by "Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}" in debian/control when built for Debian/jessie, but it is not picked up by ANY of the Ubuntu builds in the PPA for some reason.
