we need more mash step types

The current mash types allow for decoction, infusion and temperature; basically, what is defined by BeerXML. We only know a step is a sparge step based on the name of the step.

For other enhancements I need to know a step is a sparge step. I am proposing we add two new mash types: flySparge and batchSparge. Mostly, this is just messing around with some menus to display the extra steps. At the point when we spit out beerXML, the two extra steps will revert to their current "Infusion" type.
