Switching Mashs with DropDown should retain tun settings

Switching Mashs via the DropDown should retain the tun settings as set up for the recipe.
Another way to put this is that one shouldn't have to click "Edit Mash" and then "From Equipment" , hit OK, and then run the Mash Wizard again each time one chooses a different mash from the dropdown.

Should we just automatically change the mash's tun parameters equal to the recipe's equipment's tun parameters? If so, should we remove the ability to manually change the tun stuff from the "Edit Mash" dialog?

This was fixed a while ago, but I cannot remember or find the commit that did it.
