Bug Description

Errors do not result in traces; this is the desired behavior for normal use but is annoying when debugging. There should be a way (perhaps a debug option) to cause all (or some) errors to result in traces. (This was previously suggested by Clark).

Why did you change the priority of this bug back? I agree with you that this is an important feature, but it is neither core functionality nor critically affecting functionality. Compared with the importance we've assigned other bugs, imho this bug is medium priority.

This bug is a huge pain when debugging complicated code since it makes it hard to see where the errors appear. Its true that it is not high priority from the user's perspective; however, from a development perspective it certianly is.

Hi,
I hope you don't mind my asking you this. In your completed tasks you mentioned you loaded your presentation parts to the wiki. How do I get to that page? I'm not seeing it. I appreciate your help.

There is a link at the bottom of the main page of the wiki after you
log in. It would be better if you asked this sort of thing on IRC or
the mailing list in the future since its not related to this bug.
When you reply to a bug notification email from launchpad it ends up
on the bug tracker.
