Bug Description
I think this is something new.
Have recently seen several others with UEFI and suggestion for bios_grub partition. Assumed they booted in BIOS mode or selected something incorrectly.
This user booted in UEFI mode and has Secure Boot on.
But Boot-Repair wants a bios_grub partition and install BIOS version of grub?

The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages) and reinstall the grub2 of sda4 into the MBR of sda.
Grub-efi would not be selected by default because: no-win-efi

thx Fred for the feedback. This is a probably bug introduced in 4ppa43.
