Bug Description
Run boot-repair
choose "fix most common boot problems"
It does stuff and then tells you to copy and paste some commands into a terminal.
When you do so, an ascii-art popup window appears on the terminal with a scary question whether to delete all grub files, saying the system will become unbootable unless bla bla bla and you have to choose "yes" or "no".
Boot Repair should warn you about this and tell you what to answer to that question, which I guess is "yes"

Thanks Matteo for the report.
Indeed, this popup window is due to GRUB, and it makes no difference if you choose Yes or No. The result after using Boot-Repair will be the same (because it reinstalls GRUB just after).
However, you are right it may be scary, so we will think of adding some information to the user.
