Empty ESP not detected by Boot-Repair

Bug Description

Boot-repair requests to create a bios-boot partition when there is already an empty EFI partition.

user.

The user had to manually create the EFI directory and everything became correct again.

Suggestion could boot-repair create the non-existent directory?

I moved your 2nd suggestion (choice of ESP when several available to Bug #1717821 ).
Please create 1 ticket per bug or suggestion, it's easier to manage.
