Click targets to jump to front or back cover

Occasional desire to Look at front or back of book, navigating to this is not simply done. Would be nice to have Jump buttons to beginning or end of book.

It's possible to reach the beginning or end of the book by dragging the hand icon all the way to the left or right.

It's not obvious. I'm reopening this since it might be more obvious if we put something that looks clickable at the ends of the nav bar. You can click on the nav bar to get to the beginning/end immediately but there's nothing obvious there to click on.
