Bug Description
pinch scaling is active on IE8 / Windows7 / Dell touchscreen.
Doesn't scale correctly. elements overlap. scale up when they should scale down (slightly) based on gesture.

Thanks for the feedback. While it's possible to respond and trap the multitouch gestures on FF on Windows 7 I'm not aware it's possible for IE.
