Bug Description
Improve keyboard navigation. Page Up/Down and arrow keys should work to navigate the book except when other UI elements have focus.

OLPC keycodes for the buttons near the LCD screen.
D-Pad:
* Left - 37 - Left arrow
* Up - 38 - Up arrow
* Right - 39 - Right arrow
* Down - 40 - Down arrow
Game keys:
* Square (left) - 36 - Home
* Circle (up) - 33 - Page up
* Check (right) - 35 - End
* X (down) - 34 - Page down
Rotate (under D-Pad):
* No JavaScript keyPressed event fired (FF/Gnome)
