ux: 1up mode should default to best of fit width or fit height

Bug Description
When opening in 1up mode the BookReader should default to either fit width or fit height zoom based off which will show an entire page.
For this book with wide pages the BookReader defaults to fit height which results in the edges of the page not being visible.
