url: make /stream/itemid default to first book for multi-book items

Bug Description
Currently /stream/itemid redirects to /details/itemid in the case where there is not an exact match for the "subPrefix" path to the book. This typically occurs for user uploads. A better behaviour is to display the first book so that /stream/itemid reliably launches the BookReader for all text items.
The other books in multi-book items should still be accessible via the current /stream/
