Bug Description

Feature reuest:
I would a like a button that lets me rotate the pages I am reading in 90 degree steps.
The use case is reading a book in bed on a netbook, with the netbook open and resting on its side.

For books with j2k image stack it should be possible to support image rotation on the backend. For the browsers that support the canvas element we could use it.

I have forked the repository and added the feature to rotate a page. It can be found here: https://github.com/ulsdevteam/bookreader

I am unclear on how to make a pull request for openlibrary. Could somebody contact me if they know how to do this?
