Bug Description

Problem: Left/right pages have gap in middle in two-up mode after switching from 1-up mode in IE7.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open book in IE7
2. Switch to 1-up mode
3. Switch to 2-up mode
4. Click on the right-hand page

I only see this problem on IE7 having tested on FF and Safari on OSX.

It appears that the left-hand image is not having its positioning set correctly when the right hand image is clicked. The problem only occurs after switching to 1-up mode and back to 2-up mode. When the problem is visible the left hand image has its position set by css 'right' and that doesn't seem correct.
