Bug Description
Some of our (National Library of Australia) books have structural information like chapter boundaries, the actual numbering of the pages (not just the leaf numbers) and whether a page is a title page, contents page, numbered, unnumbered etc. For example:
http://
It'd be nice to expose a table of contents in the sidebar. For books without this information, it'd be interesting to have some sort of functionality so that users can add a table of contents to the book.

AFAIK no Archive.org books have section information so this feature wouldn't make much sense initially for Archive.org without the ability for users to add this information. We are collecting user submissions of chapter information on OpenLibrary.org but are not currently collecting the page numbers.
