Bug Description
The page images can separate if the browser window is resized by the user before the resize handler has been triggered. This is noticeable mostly on Firefox. One possible fix is only using left/top alignment or adjusting to left/top alignment after the flip has finished.

When the left page is flipping over towards the right we change it's CSS position to right align to the gutter (line between the two pages). I suspect this is what causes the pages to separate as the window is resized.
