keyboard navigation focus issues

In one page mode clicking on the page images does not seem to give the GnuBook div keyboard focus in Firefox (but it does in Safari!) Thus the page keys do not scroll that div. The one page mode keyboard navigation should be made more consistent with two page mode. In general it seems that browsers are inconsistent as to which element should be given keyboard focus.

Steps to reproduce in Firefox (3.0.5/OSX 10.5):
  * Click on the search pane results to give it keyboard focus
  * Click on a book page image
  * Use the arrow and page keys, see they have no effect
