FR: rotate page in one page view

This would help when looking at pictures that are rotated 90 degrees.

For Jpeg2000 images we can decompress and rotate with no additional performance hit but for other formats rotate will be expensive.

I have forked the repository and added the feature to rotate a page. It can be found here: https://github.com/ulsdevteam/bookreader

I am unclear on how to make a pull request for openlibrary. Could somebody contact me if they know how to do this?
