Bug Description

- Clean up dependencies on hard coded div ids and instance names.
- add embed link to toolbar
- allow multiple bookreaders to be embedded on the same page without interfering with each other

In FF3/Mac and Camino/Mac, the embeddable bookreader breaks the browser's back button --

to be precise, you have to hit the browser button as many times as you have used the navigation keys - you may be aware of this - just wanted to flag - a search on "embeddable" did not return any open bugs.

The embeds here: https://openlibrary.org/dev/docs/bookreader give me this error in Chromium:

    Mixed Content: The page at 'https://openlibrary.org/dev/docs/bookreader' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://www.archive.org/stream/abroadcranethoma00craniala?ui=embed'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Someone should change the src attributes of the iframes to use https instead of http.
