Bug Description
Right now we require a div with id GnuBook.

my suggestion is to take the id of the root div and add other required elements dynamically

Now working on task of allowing separate instances of GnuBook to exist on the same page, without being in separate IFRAMEs. A major prerequisite for this is that the DIV instances corresponding to each GnuBook be distinguishable. Will make element lookups relative to the GnuBook instance DIV.
