Dragging image and page turn

It is difficult to drag around a page image without turning the page. It might be better if pages could only be turned when the very edge of a page is clicked or the arrow buttons keyed. Perhaps a button could be created that, when clicked, toggled between a "hand" tool and a "turn" tool, thus allowing users to decided whether they wanted to click and turn a page, or click and navigate over a page.
