Bug Description

This is a feature request, not a bug report.

I wish I could cut/paste text displayed in BookReader. Currently I can't (from Windows 7, using Chrome). It's the only feature I want that BR doesn't already have.

FYI, on my book home page [ http://bit.ly/oa-book ] I use and recommend the BookReader "streaming" edition of my book (_Open Access_, MIT Press, 2012).
