Highlight specific section in the book (Highligher)

Hi,
I would like to request a feature in the BookReader.

Feature name: Highlighter

Description:
If a person is logged on, then he should be able to highlight particular section of the book. If the book is an image PDF then he should be able to highlight a particular section of the book.
I have an idea of creating a very simple highlighter. User can have only rectangular highlighters. The backend data which will be stored will be the vertical pixel location start and stop. The entire horizontal section of the book will be highlighted. That way we are storing only two values for a one highlighter. Vertical start location (pixels) of the image and vertical end location of the image. (The other relevant values that we are storing is the book identifier, pagenumber etc) . The entire horizontal section between these two vertical pixels will be highlighted of the page. The BookReader Software needed to provide the actual location of the highlighter at runtime based on the actual zoning of the image on the screen.
