Bug Description
When I want a queued job to halt, it should kill *only* that job
JOB OUTPUT: {'command_status': 'QUEUED'}
UNEXPECTED RESULT: None
JOB OUTPUT: {'command_status': 'QUEUED'}
UNEXPECTED RESULT: None
JOB OUTPUT: {'command_status': 'QUEUED'}
