Suggestion: apt cleaner should use 'apt-get clean' for action 'clean'

Bug Description

When performing the 'clean' action, the apt cleaner should use a special action (like apt.autoremove or apt.autoclean) instead of removing the .deb files manually.

This will also automatically take care of checking if apt-get, synaptic or any other APT frontend is running.
