Bug Description

Hi Andrew,
I have an idea- why delete system logs when they can just empty? Thus could safely empty non-renewable system logs too.
Just use the command:
# echo "" > /path/to/file.log

These files will have 1B size.

Thanks. I agree this is a good solution for active logs---except when the user wants shredding.

This cleaning method can be used for ALL system logs, preserves owners, permissions and encoding!

Truncate was partially added in BleachBit 0.6.5, but it's not yet exposed in CleanerML.
