Which operating system and version do you use? For example: Ubuntu 16.04

Do you have this error vacuuming any other SQLite databases in Thunderbird or Firefox?

Changed in bleachbit:

I am closing because
1. No response from question dated August 2016
2. I cannot reproduce on Ubuntu 16.04 with Thunderbird 45.8.0. It vacuums the global-messages-db.sqlite file without error

I assume this means the error is correct: the global-messages-db.sqlite file on the user's system was corrupt. See this article about rebuilding it

Changed in bleachbit:
milestone: 2.0 → none
