Bug Description
When your system starts up, BleachBit should auto-clean on start up. Also, add a delay to it, something like 10 second delay or a delay that will make it run only after all other processes are loaded, so it doesn't slow down system boot-up.

Also, I'm not sure people liked the "start BleachBit on startup" feature, so it was removed in 3.0... Let's see if anyone notices
