I committed a potential fix in 2ff6a9a7ed0174fc315effe0a737b236f229cc2f

BleachBit 1.9.0 had a bug, so I removed the Windows binaries.

BleachBit 1.9.1 works much better, and it is available here for testing
https://sourceforge.net/projects/bleachbit/files/bleachbit/1.9.1alpha/

In my testing it solves "directory is not empty," but in some other cases it can still have a similar symptom, so I will do more work on this.
