%video% variable is not set in CLI

It looks like this:
K:\2015>echo %video%
%video%

K:\2015>echo %path%
\util;\TEX;\TEX\BIN;\tex\fonts;C:\WINDOWS;C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem

And then while using the bleachbit_console.exe it is complaining about this variable %video%:

K:\2015>"C:\Program Files\BleachBit\bleachbit_console.exe" --help

Which version of BleachBit?

Even if it is not in %PATH%, does this folder exist: <C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\My Documents\My Videos>?

I could not reproduce on Windows 7 74-bit with BleachBit 1.9.1

I cannot reproduce with BleachBit 1.9.1 on Windows XP. This system does have the folder

<C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\My Documents\My Videos>

I cannot "get inside" the console; it lists this "stuff" and exits to CLI prompt. Also, it starts the GUI version.

Maybe you can tell which version it is by the .exe files dates. See below:
