Bug Description
From :MRK
"Thunderbird 17.0.7 in Ubuntu Precise. I think it is the new Index option - should that return the display to default?
It removes any user changes to the Mail display, like adding all the little icons (like spam, read, starred, etc), removing user desired columns and resetting display order, sending new messages to the bottom of the list?
A minor annoyance, but can you investigate?"
Thunderbird MSF files contain cache and these configuration items. MSF files are safe to delete according to Mozilla wiki.
