Bug Description

* BleachBit version: 0.9.3
* Operating system name and version: Arch Linux x86_64 fully up-to-date (running KDE SC 4.9.1 among other things...)

After having problems to compile an app -skanlite- that makes use of the kdelibs package, it's packager found that the problem was Bleachbit that was removing some files that it shouldn't: /usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/dtd/kdex.dtd

It seems that bleachbit removes /usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/dtd/kdex.dtd, a file owned by kdelibs package, without which a lot of kde applications fail to build.
You may want to ping bleachbit developers about this. I am not familiar to this software at all, I just noticed many similar problems googling about it.

However I found that Bleachbit not only removes that file but the whole dtd directory; please add it to Bleachbit's blacklist :)
