BleachBit version: 0.9.3beta from BleachBit downloads page, and 0.9.1 from Ubuntu software centre
OS: Ubuntu 12.04LTS Precise Pangolin

After running BleachBit, the recent documents list is not cleared.

This is the output from Terminal:

Is this the recent documents list in the Ubuntu Unity interface (or GNOME, KDE, or an application such as gedit or libreoffice)?

The recent documents list in the Ubuntu Unity interface and the recent applications (gedit, libreoffice...).
This list can be cleaned with the gnome-control-center > privacy (type "privacy" in the Unity dash) but maybe bleachbit could clean it too so we don't need to use gnome-control-center.

Now I'm using bleachbit 0.9.5 and this feature is still needed I think

Would you please mind opening a terminal and testing whether this command clears it? If you are unable to run this or need more instructions, please let me know

Sorry for my slow response.

I am closing this ticket because
* I did not get a response from six months ago about dconf.
* I do not see recent documents in Ubuntu Unity. (A screenshot or some more instructions would help.)
* gedit stores its MRU in recently-used.xbel, which is already cleaned by system - recently used
* LibreOffice stores its MRU in recently-used.xbel and ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/registrymodifications.xcu, which are cleaned by BleachBit

Feel free to reopen this ticket any time (especially with more info about the first two points)
