Could not create lease due to keystone client issue

Steps:
* update all repos (including devstack)
* run ./stack.sh
* after finish, run a nova boot with hint parameters related to climate. For example:
  nova boot --flavor 1 --image b0990940-3bb8-44a6-8742-54db855a70d5 --hint reserved=True --hint lease_params='{"name":"lease_test", "start":"now", "end":"2016-4-30 15:30"}' vm_lease

Expected result:
* a new vm is created and a new lease is created

Actual result:
 * error while authorizing client. See logs on http://paste.openstack.org/show/79724/
