Bug Description

It would be very useful if people who comment could subscribe to the comments (ie. notified by email when someone answered them).

So, to set expectations properly here:
We have a roughly 1-2 week backlog on trivial (less than 30 minute) requests. We also like to get the security team to take a look at new wordpress plugins (because a bad decision could be catastrophic), which can take weeks as well.

This plugin is so that if any author posts on any post. He/she can subscribe to it so that he gets an email whenever someone comments against that comment.

I have asked IS to audit the original plugin.

We can't send out emails to external email addresses, so this is essentially useless.
