Bug Description
Currently, a folder object with the folder interface can't be used from multiple places at once. This can be resolved by different approaches:
1. Making list_refresh a signal (would complicate the use of the interface additionaly)
2. Adding handlers for list refreshes (I don't know how this would help, but I have it in my notes. Might be a good idea even if it doesn't help.)
3. Properly emitting item_added and item_removed signals (would complicate implementations, but I think this is OK)
