Bug Description
Thuderbird displays an error message in the system tray when attempting to move a sent email to the Sent folder using IMAP. PyBitmessage still places the sent message in its Sent folder internally. Everything is okay since PyBitmessage handles this internally, but some logic should be written to consume and ignore the IMAP append request from Thunderbird.

The logic to handle and ignore the APPEND command has been implemented.
