Bug Description
Need to implement date/time conversion logic between BitMessages and emails. The primary purpose is to convert the BitMessage Unix timestamp to the email date/time standard. That way the email client gets the date PyBitmessage received the BitMessage instead of the date the email client received the message from PyBitmessage.

Added the new formatTime function for handling the date/time conversions between BitMessage and email. Soaking this change to see the results as they flow through the system.
