Bug Description

birdie doesn't know when to stop pulling tweets from twitter. My timeline has no new tweets, but birdie keep pulling my latest item in timeline, the consequences there are many duplicate tweets in birdie...

I've been unable to reproduce this so far.

I'd like to see if someone else could confirm the bug.

when I turned on notification, it keeps notify me about new tweets even if its just duplicate of the previous tweets
