Bug Description
The current version of fontconfig in Bionic causes a very awful behavior in Firefox when Crhomium/Chrome is started.
The version of fontconfig in Cosmic fixes the problem.
The behavior in Firefox is that whenever Chromium is started while Firefox is running, Firefox will start consuming 100% CPU and freezes for around 30 seconds, then returns to normal. This is due to Chromium triggering a change in the fotns database when it starts, which causes Firefox to refresh all fonts.
