Please backport opensc 0.18.0-3ubuntu2 (universe) from cosmic to bionic.

Reason for the backport:
========================
I need a version of OpenSC that supports CardOS 5.3 cards. The issue
https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/issues/1134 has been fixed in the 0.18
version that comes with Cosmic, but it is present in version 0.17 that
ships with Bionic.
Note that bug #1844758 requests a backport of an even newer OpenSC version,
but for this version I have already build and tested the packages for my own use.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s cosmic -d bionic opensc

[x] opensc-pkcs11 installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:

The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of opensc. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new opensc. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new opensc installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.
