Please backport prometheus-node-exporter

Hi,

the node-exporter 0.16 introduced a breaking change in the metric names. New Grafana dashboards are available and - by now - the default. Also, stretch-backports for Debian has version 0.16.0+ds-1~bpo9+1 on offer. This means I can get our Debian boxes up-to-date, but not the Ubuntu (LTS) ones. It means we cannot combine those different machines into one dashboard, effectively.

I tried to build from that source package on Ubuntu 18.04, but that fails due to build-deps that cannot be satisfied on Ubuntu.

However, since the resulting binary is a single Go binary, it'd be able to run on a variety of distros, provided the architecture matches.
