Comment 22 for bug 598389

So Marcin notes that binutils has sysroot set to /, which is probably incorrect (should be /usr/$triplet for cross-binutils) and that also fixes the ncurses cross-build link issues, so it's probably a better fix than including the bugzilla patch.
