Bug Description

Make the Places observer work properly, so changes made to bookmarks in Firefox are reflected into CouchDB.

The last event we'll want to track is onItemMoved to handle when bookmarks change location in the tree. That will most likely depend on #396183 being resolved.

Actually, until we're also dealing with onItemMoved, we aren't yet correctly observing all Firefox bookmark manipulation events. The manifest branch I'm currently working with should close this bug out.
