Bug Description

ATM lava is present only in hirsute-proposed, but it was picked by Bileto to test systemd against it:

$ rmadison lava
 lava | 2020.12-1 | hirsute-proposed/universe | source, all
systemd (247.1-4ubuntu1 to 247.2-5ubuntu1~rbalint1)

    Migration status for systemd (247.1-4ubuntu1 to 247.2-5ubuntu1~rbalint1): BLOCKED: Rejected/violates migration policy/introduces a regression
    Issues preventing migration:
...
    autopkgtest for lava/unknown: amd64: Regression ♻ [artifacts], arm64: Regression ♻ [artifacts], armhf: Regression ♻ [artifacts], i386: Ignored failure [artifacts], ppc64el: Regression ♻ [artifacts], s390x: Not a regression [artifacts]
...

Lava showing up as failed is confusing when looking for regressions and it needs some digging to figure out that the test should not have run.
