Bug Description

Right now there's a /static/britney/index.txt but it would be great if this could be an index.html with clickable links to all the files.

We also want /static/britney/ to redirect to /static/britney/index.html

<robru> barry: oh, here's a twist for you: the way index.txt is generated is
        that it uses "find -type f" and this doesn't show the last-run.txt
        symlink in the index, so it'd be nice if the index had all the files
        and not just the non-symlinks ;-) [18:00]
